Visiting the California Arts Council Office

If you are visiting the CAC office, it is best to contact a staff member ahead of time, who may notify the security kiosk in the ground floor lobby. When you arrive at the California Arts Council, which is located in the Department of Justice Building, you will need to sign in at the security kiosk. The security guards will have you complete a visitor's form, hold on to your driver's license or other identity card, and give you a clip-on pass which will allow you to go into the elevator lobby and upper floors. The security kiosk operates 24hrs/day, so licenses and identity cards are retrievable after regular office hours. Luggage and packages will be screened on the first floor in the Mail Room. Expect possible delays.
