- Drafting a Blueprint for Creative Schools
The California Arts Council is one of the lead organizations in CREATE CA, a reform movement to significantly overhaul arts education in the state. An Arts Education Task Force was announced in late March, and the TCC Group and Helicon Collaborative were contracted in May to help.
