The Director is a key member of the Arts Council's executive management team, reporting directly to the Chair and Members of the Council. Legislators Greet Sacramento-area Arts Organizations on Senate Floor

Legislators greeted and commended representatives from Sacramento-region arts organization for the good work they do in the community. Fourteen arts organizations were honored in the Senate Chamber on Valentine's Day (Monday, February 14) by State Senate Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, Senator Doug LaMalfa, Senator Lois Wolk, Assemblymember Richard Pan, Assemblymember Roger Dickinson, Assemblymember Jim Nielsen, and Assemblymember Mariko Yamada.
