Cultural Pathways grant program webinar on Jan. 9

Join us on Tuesday, January 9 at 11 a.m. as Arts Program Specialist Jason Jong hosts an informational webinar about the CAC's Cultural Pathways grant program for small and emerging organizations rooted in communities of color, recent immigrant and refugee communities, or tribal and indigenous groups. Jason will give an overview of the program including details on the application process, budget requirements and support materials needed. Register here.

CAC hosts in-person grant workshop Jan. 10 in Sacramento

We're inviting local arts and nonprofit organizations in the Sacramento region to join us on Jan. 10 at 6 p.m. at the Verge Center for the Arts for a no-cost grant workshop. CAC staff will be on hand to help you find grant opportunities that fit your organization's needs and offer tips to maximize your application's effectiveness. Learn more details and register here.

Strategic Planning Consultant proposals due Jan. 10

The California Arts Council is developing a new Strategic Plan to guide the work of the agency for three to five years; beginning in January 2019. The agency is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consultant teams to assist in the development of the Strategic Plan, including extensive public outreach as a key element of the process. Proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Jan. 10. Details are available here.
