Utopia/Dystopia: A National Juried Exhibition
For National artists

Artists are invited to submit to "Utopia/Dystopia", a national juried exhibition depicting competing visions of the future. Artwork may reflect the idea of utopia, dystopia, or a combination of the two, as interpreted by the artist. Open to artists working in all media. This exhibition is open to all U.S. residents at least 18 years of age.

Utopia: An imagined place or state of things in which everything is perfect.

Dystopia: An imagined place or state in which everything is unpleasant or bad, typically a totalitarian or environmentally degraded one.

Juror: John Massier, curator at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center in Buffalo, NY.

Submission Deadline: Monday, March 27, 2017
Notification: The week of April 10
Exhibition Dates: May 20–June 30, 2017

A total of $1,000 in cash awards, "Best in Show" receives $500!

Entry fee: $30 for up to 3 submissions, $35 for up to 6
