The State-Local Partnership Program fosters community development through the arts on the county level through a partnership between the California Arts Council and a local arts agency. Partners benefit from funding, technical assistance and coordinated activities which support their efforts that enrich the lives of the members of their communities through the arts.

A local arts agency designated by its county board of supervisors to serve the county's citizens in partnership with the California Arts Council.
- Only current grantees in the State-Local Partnership Program or the SLPP Development Program are eligible to apply for 2012-13 funding.
- A Second-Year Report will be required for most applicants. For some, a Full Application will be required. To confirm which application is required of your organization, check the eligible applicant lists below.
